That brief moment in time when they had the SECOND longest winning streak in FCS history.

There’s a thread over there about how they are looking at a 3 seed at minimum, and are looking forward to hosting NDSU in the playoffs.

Maybe they should worry more about getting out of the round of 16 before planning on hosting a semifinal.

The only teams left in their conference schedule that could give them a game are Towson (3-3) and maybe UNH (4-2). So, I’m guessing they’ll be at least a 3 or 2 if they win out, which I think is a high probability. That said, I wouldn’t be surprised if they do win out. I think there’s a better chance NDSU drops one to SDSU or YSU, than JMU loses to the aforementioned teams.

The rest of your post is spot on. Let them overlook their early opponents again. As much as I’d like to beat them in the playoffs and show them how to play football, I’d rather they piss all over themselves against Colgate again.

How pissed will they be if NDSU drops one to SDSU or Ysu and still gets the better seed? Delicious!

Lol. The MINUTE NDSU drops a game, pollsters will be casting their votes to put JMU first.

Oh for sure but the selection committee MIGHT have some sense and have us 1 in the end.

What's funny about that is the poster who didn't understand the 3 seed plays in the 2 seed bracket not the 1 seed bracket.

Well they assume we'll be lower than them.
    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
