Dave lacks signature wins, I give him that. But he's fucking great at developing players into a team throughout the season. Really proud of what he and the team put together this year.

While I am not Richmans biggest fan because of his style of play and his substitutions it is hard to argue with how consistent we have been. We are setup to have a really good team next year and I am looking forward to that, but I do hope Richman continues to develop as a coach and allows his players a little more freedom on offense. Being in the bottom 30 in pace of play is not exactly where I personally would prefer.

Time for the next step next season.

    1 seed in Summit
    Single digit losses
    12/13 seed

I'm in for this. A year in the weight room for Grant Nelson, another season of growth from Cook, MHH, McKinney and Skunberg (also Knotek if Dave ever decides to play him regular minutes again), getting DC3 fully healthy and part of the game plan and bringing in Andrew Morgan to spell Rocky if Biggs can't take the next step forward. Greisel, Eady and Kreuser will do their thing, getting all of the guys around them to take the next step will be huge.

Silver lining for coming up just short is maybe it helps hold this group together for next season. Such a balanced roster, with more development time for the younger guys it will get even better. Can't fucking wait for next season.

Ii didn't watch much this year but here would be my first top thoughts on this team (in no particular order).

    1. Rocky is a dude!
    2. I really, really want MHH to get more confidence.
    3. No true PG is an issue.
    4. Our offense is painful to watch, like it never looks like they get an easy basket.
    5. I really don't know why Cook gets the amount of playing time that he does.
    6. I wonder who will be the guy that DR chases out this off-season.
    7. I hope that Grant Nelson can build on this season, he is a talent.
    8. It would be awesome for Skunberg to find a niche and excel, I've heard he's an amazing kid.
    9. I've mentioned 3 "local" kids and I've got a text out to Chapo, but while I wait for his response I'm hoping that they succeed because I do believe it's good for the school and helps build that support a bit more organically.
