I'm actually okay with this, are starting rotation is set, needed a guy to add some depth and he does that. Being a grad transfer he won't affect our scholarship count going forward so that is also a bonus. The problem with so many of the guys in the transfer portal is they have multiple years of eligibility left so unless you're getting a stud that's better than anybody else on your team all you're doing is hurting your future recruiting classes by occupying a scholarship. This allows us to bring in a guy for some depth for a year while Streit redshirts and then still have that scholarship available for next year's recruiting class.
