Every team in the league this year other than UND and Denver played 2 or more P6 teams, some teams played 4 or 5, the problem is only SDSU got a win in one of those games against Iowa St. With the new transfer rule I think you're going to see the talent across the country start to even out a bit and hopefully allow for quality Summit League teams to pick up more of those wins to boost the conference rank. As discussed it's very rare to get one of those games at home so the wins will have to come on the road but they are there to be had. The Summit League went 1-21 in games against P6 schools this year, if we can get that as a conference up to 5 or 6 wins or better we will see our league get back where it needs to be.

That's good about # of P6 games eventually that'll pay off, not every year. Sorry I've been out of the basketball loop after I let my tickets lapse 2-3 years ago. Too many kid activities from Jan-Apr for the next 12 (well now 10) years made it tough to keep paying $ for them when I couldn't hardly even give away unused tickets for free with the funky conference scheduling made it tough to justify keeping them. Basically donating my entire bball tickets to NDSU bball which I guess would be fine but I usually like to get some enjoyment out of the deal! Use to have both W & M season tickets now don't have either one.

That said getting home games with some of the not P6 schools but from the more elite bball conferences would help too. I know summit has put together some "challenges" with other conferences (big sky comes to mind?) would be good to get more of those going with Horizon and MVC? Think it would be doable due to some of our past/current history with schools in both conferences now in overall athletics.

Always thought Obanor had a better shot at moving up than Abmas. Obanor was the rock that Abmas played off of. He was more flashy but always seemed like Obanor was the center of gravity of that offense.
