    Define good. If they win the conference regular season and tournament titles I'd be fine with giving him 4 more years. If they win one or the other then... meh... I'd bellyache a little about a 4 year extension but I'd get it. Say they finish 3rd or worse in the regular season and don't even make it to the SL Tourney title game... I'd hope it's "seeya".
