    I'm not at all sold JMU can beat Colgate. JMU's problem all year has been their offense and Colgate has a stud D. SDSU Friday night playoff game gonna be LIT!

    Yep, we could very well end up with Colgate then Kennesaw. The past two years everyone was talking about Cal Poly then UNA and we got San Diego, twice. Another year we were all sure we were going to get the Griz and ended up with Coastal Carolina. That's why they play the games!

    The average for teams on the Bison side is 16 places ahead of the average for the other half. Looking just at the seeds, the Bison side average is 71, while the seeded teams on the other half average 107, or 36 slots back. In short, it's a very rough measure of the disparity of the seeding.

    I agree. I think there are valley teams better than the bottom dwellers of this bracket, but every Valley team outside of NDSU and SDSU failed to secure their bid for a playiff spot in important games. I think ISUb was the next most deserving after SDSU and NDSU, but i understand the difficulty of placing them in over a UNI team that whomped them. The MVFC teams f'ed themselves over this year.
