    General observations: Sagarin is doing pretty well with the playoffs this year. Of the 4 remaining teams, 3 are the highest ranked FCS teams. And nothing to do with Sagarin, but Southern Speed was not a factor this year. 3 of the 4 remaining teams come from states that border Canada...not sure how to characterize that.
