46 points off the bench. Horn and Eady played well, they both look like scorers. It looks like we have a lot more options on offense. Gue, 6-7 from the field 16 points and 6 boards.
It's only one game but it was a good TEAM effort.

Just got home from the game. Impressive display from the squad today. Everyone that played contributed, this team can go really deep if need be. Battled hard on the glass and kept it reasonable only losing that margin by 1. Geu was brilliant today, he can really be a nightmare for opposing big's if he can drive strong with ball. Hunter, Eady, and Horn all provide a scoring punch off he bench. Crowd was pretty light and the students were no where to be seen.

The Bison will now head to the Bahamas for 3 games this weekend.

NDSU Marketing department really needs to step it up with the non-football sports. I had no idea that they were at home today and to be honest even while reading the box score just assumed they were in California. 3 day weekend for students almost always means very few show up and it doesn't matter what sport and honestly can't blame them too much.

Was able to watch the 2nd half and didn't recognize our team. Maybe the best team basketball I've seen them play in a couple years. They look like they enjoy playing the game contrary to last year's team. More screen and roll, drive and dish and creating good scoring chances for teammates than we've seen in a long time. This team figured out driving to the basket and scoring from the line is ok. Maybe those long scoring droughts can be a thing of the past. Really nice game by Dave and this bunch of guys!!!
North Dakota State, a football team the big boys of college football should avoid like the plague, helped christen a $90 million renovation to Snyder Family Stadium — including a statue of famed Kansas State coach Bill Snyder himself — by taking a sledgehammer to the place.

Small crowd, but sounded like they had a lot of energy (thru the TV). There was obviously a lot to cheer about. Numerous big dunks and great hustle on defense.

That was a different team out there today. See what happens when you drive to the hoop, make nice passes, and grab some boards...I saw some give-and-gos, some nice cuts to the basket, backdoor plays, amazing drives to the basket, and great energy out there today. I just wish this is what the Bison offense was all about consistently, but knowing Richman and his history, I'm afraid we haven't seen the last of that dull motion weave with desperation shots and passes.
In fact, in this game, the offense got a little stagnant once they tried to sneak in the weave a few times and that's when UCSB would start to come back.
