    Default Hot Dog Vendor

Okay, after going through all the threads I didn't see any other comment about this so maybe I'm the only one who went for one but did anyone else notice the Hot Dog Peddler was replaced by what seemed to be NDSU Dining's own hot dog stand? This was the most disappointing part of my night, I waited to eat until I got there just for a cream cheese dog and didn't get to have one. I had whatever was similar that they had but not even close to the same, horribly disappointed

If i was to guess, the Hot Dog Peddler may have had a contract with the SHAC that ended, or NDSU just wanted to much money for them to continue.
Almost everything else was NDSU catering beginning last year.

Exhibition game? Or does it appear to be a more permanent replacement?

Well everyone, if this is true, it's been a pleasure being a part of the season tickets holders club. This was the one thing bringing the wife back. Unless we win the Summit league, I don't see how she'll want to continue after this season. That cream cheese hot dog is what she looked forward to every game.

I am so sick of the Bison already. Win this, win that, blah, blah, blah. I'd really, really like to know how they do it. I swear they have to be the luckiest sob's on the planet. Just sick of this bs, just fed up.

The hot dog peddler is extremely overpriced and underwhelming. Top Dog Hot Dog is 1000x better.

I would do bad things to get that Superdog cart from Ames into the SHAC.

I agree. A couple of years ago at a VB game I asked for raw onion. He said you need to try the fried onions. I said no thank you raw onion would be fine. He said he didnt have any. No onion for a dog???? As you said--over priced and under whelming .

The dogs went to the dogs beginning last year. Mid-season came a switch to different (smaller, mealy textured) brats. This year the brat situation in both BBFH and SHAC is poor. Brats meh, and no fried onions. Have to check out the BBQs.
