Too many turnovers, taking bad off balance shots early in the shot clock. Not very good rebounding. Cruiser is playing well.

remember, he didnt start playing basketball until he was 6 years old like the rest of us (copyright dave richman)-----i always, i always...the question is is why is he running around in the first place, johnny? why arnt his talents and athleticism being utilized effectively?

73-56 New Mexico State. Bison started too slow and the lack of rebounding didn’t help much. Cruiser was a bright spot! Ward was disappointing tonight. I hope the only way the team goes is up from here.

The lack of set plays is so gross. It’s basically a bunch of guys running around to see who will have an open 3. Rarely see anyone drive into the paint and dish for an easy layup or dunk.

Cant get out to an awful start and spot good teams a 15 point lead. Rocky was exceptional. Thought Griesel and Eady both looked solid as well. This team is going to have to figure out how to handle defensive pressure better. New Mexico State really came out and guarded aggressively and took the Bison completely out of what they wanted. Also rebounding needs to get much better, not sure what the final stats were but it seemed to favor NMSU big time.

Need to improve and protect the home floor on Sunday.
