I think keeping someone internal is the way to go or find someone with Bison ties... Polasek or Vigen would be good candidates. They know what Bison football is all about and wouldnt screw it up. Polasek, IMO, had a skillset that would make him a better head coach than Coordinator. Talk about a perfect personality. Roehl hasn't been a Coordinator yet. Hedberg has been a head coach. Both have ND ties
I agree with Polasek, I have zero interest in seeing Vigen back here.

I thought this was pretty good, even though he got the wrong head coach:

K state would be fortunate to go from Snyder to Klieman. Good coaches and good men.

Somebody should tell that guy that Klieman DOES have a D1 resume. No, wait, forget that.

Its entirely likely the K-State athletic department is leaking some of this, just to test the waters to see how people react to CK as a coach. If the boosters start calling like crazy, it gives them an opportunity to back off and not lose face.

Well, he does say he doesn't know enough about Coach to have an educated opinion.
The only reason some people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.
