This is encouraging. Keeping the system in place is very important.

A tweet from a Kansas City television reporter indicated Littrell withdrew because he wanted to bring his entire staff with him to Kansas State and Taylor said no.

Fortunately the majority of the board doesnt decide on a coach. Who was the first guy Klieman called when he got the job? Polasek

You are late to the party on that one.

And McFeely and Burgundy are both skeptical of that......I'm not sure where the truth lies, but it very well could simply be cover. And where is the meltdown, Gabe!!!!!!

Also something to do with a buyout, sounded like he wanted to make it easy for him to leave KSU if he was successful, and a better job aka OU came up.

All I know is if Klieman leaves, its quite simple. Find a coach with ties or promote from within and keep the systems in place. That's how Klieman did it last time and he won as many National Championships as Bohl did in 4 years. It's all about continuity in the system. You bring in all new guys and were done.

Pretty simple. We ran the veer forever with multiple coaches. We won National Championships with Morton, Solomonson, and Rocky.

Then we screwed it up by hiring Babich who changed the offense and we sucked.

Bohl did a great job and Klieman kept everything in place. Brilliant hire and execution.

Now we would have to do the same.

Systems take forever to implement. We have players who fit a certain system. You change that up and were suddenly Georgia Southern

    One word: Hell. No.

Why leave the money in Wyoming so close to retirement age?
