    Lots of confidence in the Bison in this thread, but I can’t help but think that it would all be meaningless drivel if Stick has a season ending injury between now and January 5th.

    The great equalizers that will cause a loss, would be:
    1) Complacency, thinking you are invincible. This board would lose in the heartbeat.
    2) Rivalry and Familiarity - biggest threats to a playoff loss would be to SDSU, UNI, and IL State
    3) Injury - if you lose Stick, Shep, Bruce, Lance, Jabril or others . . . you never know. Tang and Deluca in 2016 spelled loss to JMU.
    4) Playing Skeered - tightness come playoff time can cause strange things to happen.

    Thats why I asked if you forgot purple- the answer is yes.
    1. The FCS was the Best option for NDSU for a very long time.
    2. As a general rule- the FCS sucks at football and has proven that is not committed to football at all.
    3. It's time to go FBS

    I'm still trying to figure out how what any of us thinks on this message board has to do with the play of the team on the field. I'm a Bison fan, it's my right to be cocky and think we're going to win every time the Bison play.

    TBH, Indiana State and Youngstown were under Bohl. We haven't had a sleepy loss under Klieman. For everybody complaining about how even tempered he is. He doesn't let the kids coast.

    USD Carson played with a broken wrist. Dumb decision on his part.
