Looking at the most recent AP rankings... App State came in at #25! Good for them! Love to see former FCS powers make it and be successful. Their only loss was on the road to Penn State by 7 points. They were able to be ranked playing a Sunbelt schedule. Big game this week against another former FCS beast in Georgia Southern

I thought that was pretty cool too. Ndsu was mentioned briefly on ESPN 2 while discussing UCF and their resume. Said Appy State, NDSU and Fresno State have the same type of resume. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised that we were even mentioned at in CFP Top 25 show.

Appy State is #25 where the hell do you think NDSU would be with 22 more scholly's!! taking the best 3-4 recruits from each of sdsu, usd, uni, etc.

I would have to disagree on FCS missing them. They were a huge loss for the FCS.

I still wonder how the 10-1 2006 and 2007 teams would have done in the playoffs, those were years two and three of App State's threepeat.
