Easton’s accuracy seems to drop when he’s throwing on the run or is that just selective memory?

Not normally. Late yesterday think he was being overly conservative with the lead and trying to avoid missing high.

Don't know what was off with Stick yesterday. He looked frustrated with himself after each missed pass. I'm glad we have fake grass otherwise a lot of worms would have been killed by Stick yesterday. Anyway...he is going to be OK. He just needs to stop thinking about not missing and chuck the ball.

Spencer Waege needs to be on every 3rd and long pass rush D line package. Beast of a pass rusher from the interior. Deadly mix of speed and power.

How did our defense look so shitty against UNI and be so dominant again yesterday outside of a couple drives?

Maybe because UNI could possibly be the 3rd best team in the country.

We all live in stories... It seems to me that a definition of any living vibrant society is that you constantly question those stories... The argument itself is freedom. It's not that you come to a conclusion about it. Through that argument you change your mind sometimes... That's how societies grow. When you can't retell for yourself the stories of your life then you live in a prison... Somebody else controls the story. - S. Rushdie

With the size, strength and speed of this defense, other teams learned to counterattack with the screen. After being burned for a couple of games with that play, the Bison defense got smarter to prevent the screen, which now has good offenses in a very vulnerable position.

Also, the defensive backfield has got better in coverage. I didn’t see a lot of easy, over-the-middle slant/post patterns being completed the past few games.

I enjoy watching the evolution of Bison defense each season. The biggest jump was, of course, in 2015 when they had a very young and inexperienced group playing in Missoula.

I lol’ed when they came out.
Again, a team wearing ‘beat down whites’. When will they learn what we already know?
