I thought they usually flew into Peoria not the Quad Cities? Probably doesn't make much difference, both are 90 minutes from Macomb. Slightly shorter flight this way I guess.

Be interesting to see what WIU's defense does to take the middle of the field away. Shepherd has had back-to-back big games against SDSU and UNI across the middle. Should open some shot plays down the sideline. This our breakout game from Watson? Dallas Freeman could have another big game.

90% chance of rain today in Macomb. High of only 42. Overnight low of 32.

Partly cloudy with a high of 53 for tomorrow.

As long as the game is dry, I'm happy.

My first trip to Macomb Saturday. I’m pulling an Ice Castle. What is the best way to navigate to the tailgating lot?

It's not terribly big. If memory serves, the parking lot is just north of the field. Big square thing, they have people directing traffic. We were on the southeast side last time. You won't miss all the yellow.

I believe that it's next to the runway.....for the charter flight.....that the players arrive on.....to get from the locker room to the field.....
