Lost to MSU 0-3 the year before the run started. Last game of the season. Backed into the playoffs, beat Robert Morris(?) at home, Mont St on the road, and lost to EWU on the road. The title run started the following year.

We beat Kansas 6-3 around the same time.

The UNI-dome is tough place to play. The noise, the horrible acoustics, and the unfamaous garage door, etc....

But this is the first business trip of the year and i expect the bison to march into northern IOWA, take the W and leave them

DII titles are not something we would brag about either. Thats a step above high school dude. Ask Youngstown State what it's like to play in the Valley. Just like you guys they came in here thinking they were all that. Really hasn't happened for them here either. I expect the same samething to happen to you guys. We aren't happy with just making the playoffs. You guys are a perfect example of how tough I-AA football is. Your not even going to make the playoffs. There were high expectations put on by the media. There was no way you could live up to those expectations. Again, we aren't just happy making the playoffs. I can also tell you if we had 4 losses we would consider that a DISASTER! We would feel we didn't deserve a playoff spot.

Yep, @UNI is always tough. This will be our 6th game at the UNI dome since we joined the Valley. Here are the results:

2008 L 13-23
2010 L 9-16
2012 W 33-21
2014 L 3-23
2016 W 24-20

Out record is 2-3 but we have won 2 of the last 3. I expect a tough, very physical game!
