My best guess is he was pissed for the first few years the Bison were in the MVFC because they were voted as the preseason conference favorites in 2008 when UNI was coming off an undefeated regular season and that he really didn't like Bohl. Now that NDSU has established themselves as a conference heavyweight coached by one of his "friends" I think he shows a lot less animosity and more respect in reference to the Bison.

I give Farley a lot of grief but it's had not to like the guy a little bit when you watch his pressers the last few years. He seems genuine.

I need to be reminded of a reason to dislike him again.

All of his sons are done with college football, uni's best teams are in the past, and Farley is closing in on retirement. Maybe he has a new outlook on things.

Historically we have been very weak in the WR department and or QB had only one serviceable WR throughout their career. Even when Carson had two serviceable WRs , Urzendowski, Vraa/ Shepard his passes were intercepted by the notorious UNI dbs , especially that 2013-2015 core, Tim Kilfoy, Makinton Dorleant, Ray Mitchell Jr, Deondre Hall, Farley brothers and crew. We shouldn't be surprised if Easton threw some int interceptions this week, he only has Darrius Shepard who is battle tested and a dependable WR

It MIGHT... (it just might)... have something to do with being dethroned from atop the Valley in the manner that he was... At least that's what I like to think.

Also, his sons were fun to watch play. I don't have a ton of dislike for the guy. It must be tough to be a football coach at a basketball school...
