UND curb stomps us again. We've had 2 winning seasons since 2011. Are we going the path of WBB or is this a rebuild

Ummm, yeah, the rebuild has already started......

This is one of UND's down years, and they aren't much more experienced than NDSU outside of 1 senior. Both squad's have really good looking freshman setters. UND's freshman is going to be an absolute star. NDSU really needs to find a second middle hitter. Outside of the first one, the other 2 they rotated both are young and look completely lost.

UND has some really good looking young volleyball players on that roster, tall, rangy, and powerful.

I would think the new coach will be better than the other one (who btw in a season and half has all but ruined what was an up and coming Southern Illinois program), but there are some other legitimate programs in the Summit right now. I think in the next 5-10 years Denver, UND, and Omaha are going to be the conference juggernauts barring any crazy coaching moves. UND seems to be able to find really excellent coaches that recruit nationally and Denver and Omaha are in absolute prime recruiting areas for kids that get overlooked by the P5 schools. All 3 of those schools have some very long, rangy, bouncy freshman and sophomores.

NDSU hit negative for the entire match. That is really rough. Need to find some hitters.

Most people will only see that last night the Bison volleyball team won 3-2 in five sets. What they won't see is how close we were to being swept and losing the match.

First set: Oral Roberts wins 25-23
Second set: Oral Roberts wins 25-18

    Third set:

NDSU was up 24-19 with set point
Oral Roberts scored five straight points to tie it at 24-24
NDSU scores to go up 25-24 with set point
Oral Roberts scores to tie it at 25-25
Oral Roberts scores to go up 26-25 with match point
NDSU scores to tie it at 26-26
Oral Roberts scores to go up 27-26 with match point
NDSU scores to tie it at 27-27
NDSU scores to go up 28-27 with set point
NDSU scores to win the third set 29-27

    Fourth set: NDSU wins 25-18
    Fifth set: NDSU wins 15-10
