    Almost the worst timing for bidding right now steel wood are going way up. Haven't heard anything about concrete lately though. Steel has doubled nearly. And not really showing any signs of going down but probably go up a bit more even. They just told us the other day that steel joists are out until mid fall right now. That is 6-8 months not weeks.

    Fuel increases likely have some impact as well.
