I agree. They are going to be fired up to play us and you better believe we better come out ready to play. We win this game regardless but this is one of those games where they can make it look closer than it should be.

That was a weird game though... Ferris State rushed for more yardage than NDSU (they held us to 162 rushing yards) and they had 1 more first down. Heck, they had almost 5 ypc.
On the other hand, it was enough of a blowout that the coaching staff let Wentz come in for two series.
so Ferris played us Toe-to-toe???
I looked up that game on ESPN (http://www.espn.com/college-football...meId=332502449) and by the time NDSU had scored 35 points with a little more than 4 minutes left in the half, Ferris State hadn't yet managed 70 total offensive yards (five series - three punts, INT and fumble). I'm guessing the scrappy part of their yards came against players that wouldn't be starters for a year or two.
Most definitely a different mentality than Iowa.
Hail the BISON!!!
If maybe the best Bison team ever (on paper) has any trouble with a D2 team in transition, I will be a bit surprised. I think your going to see Stick work on the passing game a bit more than expected and a UNA team stack the box against the run as well. Look for a number of 20-80 yard completions in this one. Hopefully the 2nd string QB gets a LOT more work, and some with 1st string, that would be one of my main priorities if I were coaching this team for a late season run.
