Klieman was speaking at the Scheels Block Party and he said Cal Polys offense requires a ton or motion and verbal communication by the QB and this is one of the games where noise can dramatically effect their ability to execute.
He challenged Bison Nation to help create a minimum of 4 False Start penalties.
