She doesn't know how to coach, and doesn't know how to recruit. Get rid of her during the season and get a jump on the hiring. No more DI assistants, hire a D2 Head Coach. If they can get someone that can at least either coach well or recruit well, NDSU can at least flirt with being a .500 ball club. Yep, that's where this program is at, aspiring to be average.

#1 The transfer isn't eligible until second semester.
#2 A freshman is done for the season. ACL, I believe.
#3 RJ will be collecting dust on the bench for the first three games.
#4 I saw no "go-to" player during the first game.

This program is a sinking ship and will not get fixed until a new staff is in place. Giving Walseth another year is crazy. Program has shown no growth and there is no evidence that she knows how to teach the game.

Walseth, (which I have been saying for years now) is just a bad coach, and cannot recruit. We have a team of foreign players and okay high school players, with zero development. Walseths' best season, and most entertaining team was in her first season, and none of those were her recruits. tsk tsk tsk Losing to Duluth? really?
