Harvest helmets are great. Green pants, gold jerseys, and Harvest Helmets are the best unis. White jerseys are a close second.

Anything with piping and/or side panels is nothing more than a fad. And don't get me started on those Denver Bronco inspired curved pant stripes. Seriously we have had an "ordered straight out of a catalog" uni for the last 20 plus years. It's neither original or traditional.

That's kind of my thoughts with the current uniforms. Other than the font, they are extremely blah. I liked the previous white and gold jerseys, not so much the green though.

That piping isn't traditional or cool right now. It was a fad that lasted about 5 years. Besides that I think those are fine. I think I'd be cool if we went the Penn State/Alabama route too. Although, the harvest helmets are the shit IYAM. I love those.

You're right, I guess what I liked about those was the font of the numbers and that they said North Dakota State.

Exactly. Sure the 'North Dakota State's font is small, but I liked it. I also liked the shimmery green numbers with the yellow outline.

If you want debate football fashion, there are lots of boards where fashion is on par with football . . . Like say gopherhole.
