2018 Bison Football Season Predictions

Craig Haley is writing about the Bison again. What is your prediction for NDSU football during the upcoming season and playoffs? If this team plays up to potential and stays focused a 15-0 season is very much possible, but easier said than done. Repeat of 2013 other than the close UNI game is on the road. Delaware game will be the signal. We crush them, and this team will be unstoppable. If it is close, skill we lost on offense is a bigger deal than folks realized.

easy schedule NO FBS, Not 1 hard road game outside of maybe UNI. no way NDSU should lose a game, in fcs, its Mens vs Boys (NDSU/JMU vs everyone else)

15-0 with a huge FCS Championship victory over whatever team (I'm guessing Kennesaw State) destroys SHSU in the Semifinal game.

How many games will JMU have to lose to be on the same side of the bracket as NDSU? Assuming we get the #1 seed. I know that's a hypothetical dependent on other teams records but what if JMU slips and loses 2 and someone like SHSU goes undefeated? Maybe I am way off base but I have this feeling that JMU and NDSU play each other before Frisco. So I guess my prediction for the year is that we play JMU at home to go to Frisco and then crush whoever we meet there by 14-20.

I haven't thought through all the things that would have to play out for this to happen so if you want to prove me wrong be gentle.

Should be a little tougher FBS game for the Dukes than East Carolina was

I thought Kennesaw was impressive last year, definitely potential to see them in Frisco.

There is 'no' game that the Bison should lose. They might trip once during the regular season. Injuries is the name of the game. If we stay reasonably healthy...maybe undefeated.

The Bison play to win. They never play 'not to lose.'
