Ryan Burns posted an article on confirmed players attending camp.

I’ll add in a couple of my favorite potential recruits - guys I would enjoy seeing get a NDSU offer at camp and then subsequently commit to the Bison.

His offers include Eastern Michigan, of which he says:

EMU also offers Mechanical Engineering which is what I want to study in college which is another plus."

ME! Sounds good to me! Nowling also says:

"I'm camping at North Dakota State soon and that will be my last camp this summer. I'm also hoping to get out to visit some of the schools who have offered me already sometime in July. I'm sitting down with my parents ands we are trying to figure it all out now."

Other offers for Kendric Nowling include Illinois State, Indiana State, Fighting Hawks, Northern Iowa, Western Illinois, South Dakota State.

Penning’s offers include Northern Iowa, SDSU, South Dakota, Fighting Hawks and Eastern Michigan (EMU = FHawks in the MAC as far as throwing offers around )
Penning also has Iowa interest, so maybe I should not get my hopes up here. But a bonus, on the chance NDSU does succeed in recruiting him, would be that UNI does not! Same goes for the Jackrabbits, who love recruiting NW Iowa.
