Well, as Bill Gates said, "Life is unfair; get used to it."
The only reason some people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

Well, this new rule will give people an excuse to stick around in the 2nd half of the N Alabama blowout with the chance of seeing Trey Lance take some snaps.

This rule is much bigger for the teams that need to rely on true freshman. It only helps NDSU in a case were a star true freshman starts playing in the Playoffs.

North Alabama could be a tougher game than you some of our non-conference ones.

They played the eventual D2 champion in their first game of the season and lost by 1 point. Then they lost their starting QB in the second game and ended the season with their 4th string QB. That said, their OL was awful, injuries or not, and if they don't improve there, then the game will probably be a blowout - but then so are a lot of games NDSU plays against ranked FCS teams.
