    You didn’t say he had the best offer sheet. You said highest rated recruit ever. At the time he stepped on campus he WAS the highest rated recruit if you don’t count transfers according to 247. But then came Cam and he was rated higher.

    Because believe it or not, it’s not actually based off of who offers. Sure they’re rating will go up with offers from the blue bloods but he did get his rating without that so it must mean something.
