    Default Coaching changes

Okay, I’m old, but my reading comprehension is still pretty good. This sounds like a cluster fuck coaching situation. Help me to understand. Thank you!

    Here is my synopsis:
DE Buddha Williams left to take the same position at Colorado St.

DT Coach Nick Goeser is going to coach the whole defensive line rather then just Defensive Tackles.

CB Coach Cody Morgan is moving to coach the safety group.

To fill the coaching opening, the hired Lewis Walker. He will coach the Cornerbacks.

Defensive Coordinator David Braun used to coach safeties also. He will now be able to coach all the position groups and not be tied down to just safeties.

They also hired Incarnate Word's defensive line coach, Brett Watson to fill the opening at Defensive Quality Control position. That was left open by Lee Pronschinske, who took the DC job at Minot St.

Watson leaving a position coaching job to take an analyst job is intriguing.

As long as there’s a clear reporting structure and communication is good among the staff I don’t think it’s a big deal. It seems like every college team has a different philosophy when it comes to organizing a coaching staff.

I'm always interested in the recruiting angle when we bring in new coaches. Do they have ties and connections to certain regions of the country, high schools, etc. that may open some doors for us.
North Dakota State, a football team the big boys of college football should avoid like the plague, helped christen a $90 million renovation to Snyder Family Stadium — including a statue of famed Kansas State coach Bill Snyder himself — by taking a sledgehammer to the place.
