Senior Matt Neururer wins the Decathlon.
He PRd scoring 7,152 points and moved up to 7th All-Time on the NDSU outdoor record's list.
Bison junior Ryan Enerson finished 2nd. Ben Klimpke 4th, and Daniel Asa 6th.
Bison women also finished in 6th, 7th, and 8th - Denzer, Wall, and Wood.
Beachy (by almost 500 points), Sand (by almost 350 points), and Wall (by a little over 300 points) scored personal bests.
Along with the men, great showing overall by the women in this event, and with 3 of 5 setting PBs, really impressive.
Based on 200m results ... lots of wind today (Friday, 5/11) in Tulsa at the conference T & F Championship. Temps were in the mid-80s, which are great temps for most events, but wind was 12-16 mph during 200m races - I assume windy all day. Times as a result were slower than what I would have expected.
