I wanna big Fast Fast and FASTER... push the ball, Total Revamp.. that's what we need.
    My thoughts are close
PG Vinny--looks very explosive with range
SG Cook---lets see his ability to score
    SF Eady--athletic talent keeps improving
PF Ward--needs some discipline in his game to take it to next level IMO
    C Krauser--smart--extend defense--and can score inside

    BU PG Hunter
BU SG Samuelson---maybe Horn if eligible
    BU SF Quayle
    BU 4/5 Geu/Meidinger

If Hunter and Geu both come off the bench, we should have a good year...

Like I said a long time ago, my expectations are that we are better to a lot better than we were last year. the roster is being improved dramatically. A lot of competition for spots. Only thing I see that I would find "inaccurate" with some above statements is that Ward isn't playing PF. Eady is. Ward is playing the 3. I really think we see a more fun team to watch....which wouldn't be hard. Last year was painful. To his credit, he has really reshaped the roster quickly. I love the fact that he went heavy into Minneapolis. That absolutely has to be a hot spot.
Everyone just relax, all right? Believe me, if there's one thing Ron Burgundy knows, it's women.

Did we have more than 1 twin cities recruit when Saul was here? Freddy is the only one I remember. Dave turned this around heavily lately!! LOVE this.

No senior players for 18-19. Next year should be even better plus Horn.

I really think Vinnie is going to be big time for us. Going to add instant production and leadership that this team will really need. Talk to anyone connected with Minnesota Hoops and everybody knows who Vinnie is and loves the kid.

I hope so. I think they could be really effective playing small with a lineup like this:

    Shahid
    Hunter
    Ward
    Eady
    Geu

Bring in Rocky and take out Eady if they want to match up with a bigger opponent but in the Summit League you don't need a true 5 if you can still hold your own on the glass. Geu is a great rebounder and Ward and Eady can hopefully pick up the slack there as well. But in order for any of that to work they need a PG to step up and be the facilitator. I'm not sure if Hunter is that guy or if Shahid is that guy or if that guy will even be on the roster next year but getting a PG who can push the pace and create shots for others is going to be very important with the lack of bigs they're going to have next year.

if Geu comes off the bench and plays limited minutes, we'll be small at the 4, soft in the middle and get killed on the boards all year. Nows the time, the kid needs to play.
