Very impressive. Especially his dominance in 3 events.

    Right—exactly.

Can someone who knows more about professional T&F tell me how much a professional stands to make, and one with charisma and fan appeal like Payton seems to have?

Usain Bolt made 33 million a year at one point in his career. Michael Johnson did well too, but throwers may be offered 25-30 Grand a year and all the apparel that use. Usually track and field athletes have to invent something or start their own business in order to make a living.

Payton will throw the HAMMER tomorrow at 4:00 PM Central (Friday the 5th) and the DISCUS at 4:00 PM Saturday the 6th at the Husker Spring Invitational in Lincoln, NE.

He will not be throwing the SHOT PUT this weekend.

The ladies did equally as well. Bison throwers are the best team. No doubt coaches make an incredible difference.

This is all so solid. We are blessed to have these elite athletes. If there a chance for us fans to see them compete, let’s do it. IZZY has said no local events, but what is the most close?
