South Dakota gets a QB commit from Illinois,
    Hayden Ekern - 6’ 1” 194 - Chicago (St Rita)
At one time was a commit to Montana State, but MSU chose not to stay with the offer after a coaching staff change. Had been on the Fighting Hawks’ radar also......

They may want to make sure they have a viable backup as his name sounds a little too similar to a former NDSU QB...

Don’t know what other offers might be commitable still, but apparently Missouri is not.
Others listed included Coastal Carolina, Georgia State, South Alabama.
Would guess those spots have been filled already.

Northern Iowa gets a commit from Justin Fomby, their 2nd QB in this year’s class.

Jacks grabbed a PWO athlete from South Dakota. Joey Slama. Same high school as Jackrabbit legend Josh Ranek.

They also got a verbal from a DE from Florida. Zac Wilson, 6'4, 225. He held offers from FAMU, Bethune Cookman, and Dartmouth. He's the 4th DE the Jacks have signed for this class (3 scholly, 1 PWO).

Was a 2019 NDSU recruiting interest.

    Omar Brown - Minneapolis (North) - DB - 6’ 1” 180
Was (is) a NDSU offer, but with the latest commits to NDSU, (6’ Cameron Smith from FL and pwo Jenaro Ocama from Woodbury)
am keeping an eye on Northern Iowa. Had hoped at one time Brown would be that tall CB in the recruiting class for the Bison, but tomorrow he’ll be announcing & signing with someone......
Brown had also had an Indiana offer at one time.
