When you play football, you gotta like the taste of blood, And 50 percent of the time, it's your blood.

It is characteristic of the unlearned that they are forever proposing something which is old, and because it has recently come to their own attention, supposing it to be new.

But being a division 1 scholarship basketball player is pretty special too. I simply was making the point that it's too bad he didn't see more of an upside to stay. It isn't necessarily anyone's fault (his, or DR's or the team's). It just is what it is. That is NOT the same thing as saying the team issues drove him away, as some are saying I said. I'm saying that, in his calculation, the situation wasn't attractive enough to stay at NDSU and finish out his college basketball career.
If he was getting NBA looks or something... that could change the equation as far as earnings go.

I say good luck to him. We got a 7 footer who is red shirting this year so we'll be alright

Hate that he is leaving for the team. Looked like he was starting to mature as a player. Good for him to be ready to focus on his long term goals. Clearly a leg up on many young people today. Best of luck to him.

He got a little better each game. No lack of effort on his part. Average at best ball player.

Players typically peak their senior season. Losing a senior is a big deal but will speed up the development of the 7 footer from Dickinson. Dylan Miller must have an incredible off season for us to go anywhere

The way Nebraska is playing right now - he might not make that squad. Huskers are playing pretty well!
