    Default Mayville 2/13

Time to right the ship and gain some confidence playing what should be an easy W. No Paul Miller tonight as he is resting a sore back.

is it possible to gain confidence against Mayville State? Embarrassing they are even on the schedule this late in the year

    Hell Comets might win

Thanks to IUPUI, most Summit teams have an extra non DI home game.

Bison win big as expected. Jared Samualson with a school record 9 threes to go along with his 32 points!!

Losing 26-23 to mayville state late in 1st half is a Fireable offense.

NDSU now 10-14 this year (take out 3 NAIA wins)

Actually 6-16 if you take out 300+ rpi ranked teams and last 2 of last years games. PATHETIC
NDSU TO FBS. HAVEN'T WE WON ENOUGH?

Whole family has colds so we only made it to half time. What a mess.
I don't even know what to say. Second half sounded better.
Woodside and Winkleman were there. Bet they were impressed

Woodside and Winkleman stood every time Samuelson shot once he hit 7 3's, so they did look impressed. This wasn't a great game by us by any means but Deng played fairly well and Samuelson absolutely lit it up. If nothing else this game should get his confidence going again as we'll need his shots down the stretch here. AJ also quietly had a decent game and Spencer hit double digits for the first time in his college career. The players were smiling and having fun and in the 2nd half again the team looked like the team we expect. We just need to learn how to start faster, can't get in these holes we've been in against USD and Denver, we've been finishing games strong we just gotta make sure these games are in our control before halftime. Nothing big about a Tuesday night game against Mayville but if it gets the confidence back up after losing 4 straight it might be just the boost we need.

You have to play the games on the schedule. 34 point win without your best player is getting the job done. Big game Saturday and the final home game for 3 guys that have given a lot to NDSU hoops.
