    Default Easton Stick

Big thanks to Easton for coming out to the Fargo Little League practice yesterday. I know the kids thought it was awesome. You can see the kids Easton and Bartholomew Ogbu with the team at the end of this clip.

One man built a dynasty, another man carried on the dynasty. Neither task is simple. Cant ask for more than that.

In his "5 bold MVFC predictions" article STATS lead FCS writer Craig Haley predicts that Easton Stick will win the Payton Award in 2018 despite other QBs putting up bigger numbers.

Only if he is changing teams.
The only reason some people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

    Pffffffffffft.

I'll believe that when I see it. Those awards are strictly stats driven. Always have been.

Brock finished 4th his senior year. Expect about the same for Stick.

Unless there is a surprise unknown QB out there, the competition for Stick isn't that great, including statistically speaking, compared to previous seasons. His biggest competition is probably going to a RB or WR.

A lot of truth to this in my opinion, I believe Easton controls his destiny this season. If they go 15-0 and he stays healthy, both with the Carson connection and the hype by these scouts, the stats that will be hard to ignore will entail more than have been used in the past years with QB's. .... Easton is in a very unique situation.
