I am actually very happy about the situation. Yes, there is no chance I get my tickets, but I think this situation is being handled well. My biggest beef in the past was EZ seats with no TM fees (seemed silly for NDSU to be giving up all the revenue to me), but those days are long gone with what appear to be appropriate pricing across the board. I accept I should have gotten seats long ago when plentiful. Oh well.

With that said, a silver lining has appeared that I don't see others mentioning. We will have another entire section with the possibility of secondary ticket sales. I'm guessing that that the combination of NDSU winning apathy and more seats on the secondary market will work to drive down secondary ticket prices. That will end up being a good thing for folks like me and many others. I'll take what I can get when tickets go on sale, but I'll never buy a SRO ticket again. I've had good luck the last few seasons buying close to game time and will continue to do so.

Because dynasty. It's the cool place to be now that no one can get tickets so blow up the whole thing so some complainers can get in. Meanwhile, those of us that supported the program through some lean years lose our seats.

I've been a TeamMaker for 18 years. I'm not complaining. I'm just saying what's TRUE...that there were not all these huge groups of tickets even 10 years ago like you are all saying there were. I wish people would quit saying that it's been going on forever because it hasn't.

WHEN HAVE I COMPLAINED ABOUT LACK OF AVAILABILITY?!? Get your sh*t straight.

I can face palm whenever I feel like.

And if I sold all my tickets for $20 over face value I'd be out $1000...

He seems mad that someone else had the foresight to support NDSU football during those lean years - and then get rewarded for that.

That's exactly how it should work.

You know this how? especially when season tickets were available 10 years ago. You have no idea how lazy/reliant people can be on other people to get tickets to something besides doing it themselves. In 2007, if my uncle decided to buy 16 seats to NDSU games each year for 2000 bucks total, and I wanted 2 of them...why would I go to anywhere else besides him for tickets? Im not going to gobison.com, he's my gravy train. If so happens all of his ticks are gone for a particular game, then I look at gobison or secondary markets.

right now crazy uncle would have no problem turning a mini profit every year, especially this year.

thats my case...whats yours? where are you coming up with this huge pocket of tickets being bought up by 1 person is now a thing vs not being one 10 years ago and why does it bother you

True. Starting with the last game vs SDSU in the 2006 season, it's been very hard to get tickets. That was 12 years ago and 6 years before our first national Championship. Certainly it was easier to get back then but not easy.

Huh? I didn't have season tickets until 2012. There were no issues getting single game tickets until UNI in 2011.

I was going to say that was total BS. We had no problem adding tickets to our account from 2011-2013/14. The crazy thing is that all of our tickets had no TM fees associated with them for years, so don't talk about rich people grabbing up tickets. Any idiot could have walked into the ticket office and bought 50 season tickets for face value.

They capped the season tickets after the 2011 (last one was May after the first championship)

Ok, now it's just getting deep in here. At no point before this championship run was it ever hard to get tickets to a game. We scored 2 season tickets for the 2011 season and added two more in 2013. My wife's first game was in 2009 or 2010 and I was handed the tickets for free on the 40 yard line. 3 separate games this happened. And those games were not full. And it is never very hard to get tickets. Ever. People are just lazy.

I am so sick of the Bison already. Win this, win that, blah, blah, blah. I'd really, really like to know how they do it. I swear they have to be the luckiest sob's on the planet. Just sick of this bs, just fed up.
