And, don’t believe everything you think—jussayin’.
Liberals of BV need not respond to my posts. I don’t need to get any more dumb.
Now, THAT response was more like what I was expecting!!! In fact, my original post was going to say...
Priority Points - Miscellaneous Points - (???) I suppose that means the "spouse" of a cheerleader also gets awarded points?
(And back in those days, the _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ weren't very __________.)
IMO, if Varsity letterwinners = 100 ppts, each College Degree = 50. (Those fb players take a beating, & have to practice at 5:AM.)
It really would make good sense to award alumni/college degrees with points tho.

I do agree awarding alumni/degrees with points. I think 50 is a bit extreme. Perhaps 25. I see the reason for 100 for letter-winners as they bring recognition to NDSU by performing well and keeping NDSU's name in the press. They also bring in money for the university. The average student does not. Married couples should be able to share their points under one account. Multiple degrees should also be rewarded. Perhaps the points given out based off of a certain donation amount. Maybe after $1000 donated to TM, then you get rewarded with the points. Ensures people become TM and gets some money coming in the door. An incentive type of thing.

If you leave tailgating hungry and thirsty, you're doing it wrong
I am so sick of the Bison already. Win this, win that, blah, blah, blah. I'd really, really like to know how they do it. I swear they have to be the luckiest sob's on the planet. Just sick of this bs, just fed up.
Recognition ....all sorts of alum bring recognition and keep ndsu name current. Example... We have students that were/are president of international student associations etc. Alums publishing books and articles etc.
The recognition for the athlete is a scholarship and cost of living.
100 is too much imo. 20 for a letter and 5 per degree is how I would do it. That gives the letter winner 25 points
Nice thought!!! I have about 70 signs under my bed. (I have to go thru them someday, & "retire" a few.)
Btw, BisonNation, I agree with your last post. 25 sounds reasonable. When you get your Masters Degree do you get another 25? Good thoughts.
Now, someone please talk to TM about the alumni (who graduated with degree(s) being rewarded a few p pts.
Who shall that be? Maybe PL?
