Email from NDSU I just got.

Thank you for submitting your 2018 football season ticket seating request. Approximately 1800 requests have been submitted so we anticipate the process will take 8-10 weeks to complete. The requests will be ranked by priority point totals and addressed in that order. If any open seats are available for your request, a representative will contact you by phone to discuss the seating options. We will begin the process soon and ask for your patience as we work through the requests as quickly as possible.

Probably will regret dipping my toe into this one, but here goes... I would donate more if I thought I had a sniff at season tickets. I'd love to see alumni get a little boost, but so it goes. That said, I give the amount I do without any expectation of season tickets now or for the foreseeable future. I do like my Teammaker sticker though...

And I assume the 1800 requests is by 1800 different "requesters", not the number of total seats requested, if that makes sense.

It's probably 1800 individual requests for 2-4 tickets per request.

Correct, that's how PS was explaining it me.

He also mentioned most of the large donors are up to their max already or just wanting to move seats together.

For the heck of it, I just checked my development ranking and see that I dropped about 20 spots since the last time I checked in April. Is my recollection correct that I read they were going to update the levels as of May 1? If so, it looks like people below me stuck some money in for this request.
