That is a recipe for high attrition. You want players who absolutely want to join your program. Not reluctantly committing because they feel pressured. Big difference between being assertive and being a pushy used car salesman.

I had just seen this also but didn’t see anything on the kids Twitter confirming that he had committed to them prior to committing to NDSU.

Looks like it. His Twitter account shows him committed to NDSU, while his tweet that says was committed to the F'Hawkers, and was retweeted by the F'Hawkers in the link of your post, is no longer available.
