Is a 2019 NDSU offer, was hoping the P5’s would not target him so the Bison would have a chance.....(also has a Wyoming offer among others, South Dakota, SDSU, Northern Illinois, New Mexico, Fighting Hawks)

Now commited to the Gophers.
Gophers also with a commit from Cretin Derham Hall WR Peter Udoibok, who was also a NDSU offer.
I’m guessing Minnesota is at 24 or so in commits, so hopefully NDSU can get a couple borderline B10 recruits still out there.

MN has 23 commits this year (max is 25/year unless you count them against last year but LY they had 24 and 25 in 2017) so not sure there is more than 2-3 spots left for them.
