Dom breaks it down here: http://bisonmedia.areavoices.com/nds...up-2019-class/
He says they "used 21 scholarships during the early signing period" but he's including partial scholarships, that's not to say they used 21 full rides but rather had 21 scholarship commits. I believe the NCAA limit for scholarship commits in one recruiting year is 25 and, according to Dom, they have 3 additional scholarship verbals in the late period so they've got 1 possible spot left for a scholarship commit and then whoever else they can get for PWOs.
Just some info I came across.... assuming it's accurate but who knows.. This could have changed since 2008.
NCAA Football Championship Subdivision (FCS)
Scholarship Count: FCS schools have 63 scholarships to be distributed, and up to 30 incoming players each year can be given aid.
Scholarship Breakdown: Scholarships at FCS schools can be full or partial rides. The 63 grants can be divided up in any way, but no more than 85 players can be put on scholarship.

Any word on the Omar Brown kid from Minneapolis North? Saw on Twitter that he's announcing/signing at 9:00 am tomorrow morning. Bison still a potential suitor?
