Plus we had a Dominic Jones and Cameron Smith that have visited or will be visiting. Braylon Henderson is another prospect that visited, might be a WR, might be a CB.

Dom Jones visited this weekend. He is probably a safety. I suspect he is also part of the "clean sweep 5/5" batch of commitments. Cameron Smith verbaled to Rhode Island today. I suspect these developments may be related.

Hull = Maple Grove (MN) RB Evan Hull (NDSU offer)


In reading about him recently Northwestern is a dream offer for its combination of academics and P5 football. Northwestern and Wisconsin both thinking about offering Hull, depending on what other recruiting targets do.
SDSU and Northern Iowa would be his top 2 if he stayed at the FCS level.

I believe the Goofers and pretty much any FBS team NDSU played in the past would be claiming the same thing every year. They don't understand the art of developing a player and the building of a strong culture. Most of those fans believe it is as simple as looking at some star-level their players got in high school that makes them a talented player. This is probably true for only the top-five to ten FBS teams. After that, every school needs to be good at developing players and building culture. Otherwise, those players that were men among boys in high school are going to be stunted in college.
