    Would be a good transfer. We already recruited him. 3 years of eligibility. We will need safety help as soon as next year. He also looks like a playmaker at punt returner. Averaged almost 20 yards per return and snagged 2 picks

    Seems like he pretty much has to transfer to FCS if he wants to avoid sitting out a season. His tweet seemed somewhat excited.
