1/25 vs Omaha

Omaha is a team that's playing a little better lately but they started the season 1-10. At home this is absolutely a game we need to win, after a horrid 2nd half against IPFW I hope to see these guys come out motivated and play 40 minutes of good basketball, I'm excited to get back in the SHAC

If over half the total shots are 3 pointers, we will lose. Also if we don't get to the free throw line 17-20 times we lose. Unless we shoot some over the top percentage from downtown that is unrealistic to expect regularly

One of the Maverick’s players is JT Gibson, a 6’ 3” G from Champlin Park HS. Was Minnesota’s Mr Basketball in the 2014-15 season. IIRC the Bison (and others) did offer, and I was bummed when Omaha won the recruiting battle. Also, iirc Khy Kabellis was recruited after NDSU lost out on Gibson. Anyways, Gibson got a medical redshirt for his 1st season and has become a starter for Omaha since early December as a sophomore. Now at 11.6 ppg, 2.7 rpg, 3 apg.

Can the Bison ATTACK the basket!! Quit settling for jumpers--of course the offense scheme doesn't always allow spacing or help our players to be able to drive to the hoop
