He just takes the projected starting lineups for each team, and uses projections for the individual matches to simulate dual meets between every team. He just sorts the list based on who has the most projected wins. If you click on the 46-30 next to SDSU, you can see how he projected each dual meet. I think that seems like a fair thing to do, although I think it might be misleading if one team is very slightly favored in a lot of matches. Anyway, I think if you have a beef with this system, it is either with the starting lineups or else with the individual projections, and those seem to be very complicated.
For what it's worth, which is not much, I have you guys at #12 in the system that I have been playing around with. That's still one below Wyoming, but it's better than UNI.
By the way, even if I don't always agree with the rankings, wrestlestat is a fantastic site and a great resource for us wrestling fans, so I really appreciate what andegre has put together.
