The various players who didn't progress after high school have all been mentored by the same person. Either they reached their maximum potential I high school or there is another problem. What if Mike Dahm had been made to sit on the bench every time he made a freshmen mistake? Coaches must develop talent at this level. Regression comes from stifling effort. The result doesn't look better if you lose by 4 rather than 20. Give these kids a chance to grow on the court. Sitting in the corner for being bad works great in elementary school, not with 18-21 year olds.

There has been a pattern forming since the second half of last year. It is time to do something at the head coach level but does our arrogant east coast AD have the balls to do it? I feel bad for Miller and AJ. They deserve better.

Wow checked out the last few minutes or the game. We had the ball down 2 with 22 seconds left and took a low percentage 3 pointer. That was the game. Really? Can we stop with the 3 pointers. It's the downfall of this team.
