Ramon Humber grew up in Brooklyn Park. Has been a dam fine special teams player and even starting linebacker in the league.

Craig Dahl grew up in Mankato. Had a very nice career including two full seasons as a starter. Always a nice plug and play guy.

Two guys who were local life-long Viking fans....

But fuck them. I’d like to see NDSU players win rings.

Just because they didn't ever sign with the Vikings didn't mean there wasn't interest to some extent. They were undrafted guys who had the chance to choose which teams they'd fit with the best, not who they grew up cheering for. I'm a Vikes fan but don't feel like they are obligated to sign NDSU guys because of NDSU's proximity.

Lmao. Yea humber and dahl were the missing links.

Humber wouldn't be a starter on our defense.

    Neither would dahl.

The 2 players you named are a dime a dozen every damn year. They weren't going to suddenly win the Vikings a superbowl.

Good for them for having successful careers...but I nor many ndsu/Viking fans are losing any sleep over this. Just some idiot homer ndsu fans who make a big deal out of nothing.

Vikings weren't getting wentz ever so.

*cue the it worked out for wentz comment*

Man Joe haeg really has torn it up on the starting line for one of the worst teams in the league.

Hence why he's played all over the line, especially his rookie season.

    Hail the BISON!!!
