We need a Football Strategy coach. Seriously. How do you use timeouts and when do you punt, go for it, or kick a FG? Plenty of room for improvement there.

Furthermore, how many "consultants" can we have? Ben Newman is on the sideline of every game, why can't we get someone with some football style knowledge to talk to people?
    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I agree with you, just because the Bison are #1 most every year doesn't mean they don't have area's where they can improve. As great as we have been in the past few years our special teams are not what they were during Bohl's era. Most every big game the Bison turned the table on 1 or even 2 special teams plays. Look what JMU almost pulled off with a great call on the punt fake. Whats the risk in that play? I think it goes for a first down even if the Bison would have sniffed it out prior to the snap. Well designed dn well executed play on 4th down. Ive stated often how that turned a number of big games into victories for the Bohl Bison Era.

The next coach just needs to have the title of "Real-time Bisonville Gameday Thread Paruser"

We have all the answers they might as well get it as it is happening.

Kind of like how the NFL goes to new York for replays? They could just call me at home watching. I like the way you think.
I don't care how the vote ended up. They still suck and always will.

We need a coach that is a "facial hair coach" to ensure the team is properly groomed. I saw some pretty nasty things in Frisco and we have to keep in mind these guys are role models.
