    They have known each other since their youth. Lexi was in the
    field when Amy won the Girl's Championship at Bedmnister. Kim
    Kaufmann also won a couple of matches at that tournament.

    Article in new Golfweek on Kim Kaufman. She went from #84 to #263. Toward
    the end of the 2017 season, Kaufman fell ill with mononucleosis. She was still sick
    at the start of 2018 and tried to force the issue even though she'd become 10 yards
    shorter. She missed 11 cuts of her last 12 starts. She and her coach, Todd Kolb
    worked things out and the Texas Tech grad tied for 11th in Q school to earn back her card.
